?Use the scalar triple product to verify that the vectors\(\mathbf{u}=\mathbf{i}+5

Chapter 12, Problem 37

(choose chapter or problem)

Use the scalar triple product to verify that the vectors

\(\mathbf{u}=\mathbf{i}+5 \mathbf{j}-2 \mathbf{k}, \mathbf{v}=3 \mathbf{i}-\mathbf{j}\), and \(\mathbf{w}=5 \mathbf{i}+9 \mathbf{j}-4 \mathbf{k}\)

are coplanar.

Equation Transcription:

u = i + 5j ー 2k, v = 3i ー j

w = 5i + 9j ー 4k

Text Transcription:

u = i + 5j - 2k, v = 3i - j

w = 5i + 9j - 4k
