At 8:00 A.M. a line of 650 cars is waiting for passage through a toll barrier. At 8:00 A.M. a toll machine begins admitting cars at the rate of 15 per minute. At 8:10 A.M. a toll taker comes on duty in the next booth and begins admitting cars at the rate of 10 per minute, and they continue working together until all 650 cars have been admitted. At what time will the last car pass through the toll barrier?
