?Find the velocity and the speed of a particle with the position function

Chapter 3, Problem 66

(choose chapter or problem)

Find the velocity and the speed of a particle with the position function \(\mathbf{r}(t)=\left(\frac{2 t-1}{2 t+1}\right) \mathbf{i}+\ln \left(1-4 t^{2}\right) \mathbf{j}\). The speed of a particle is the magnitude of the velocity and is represented by \(\left\|r^{\prime}(t)\right\|\).

Text Transcription:

r(t) = (2t-1 / 2t+1) i + ln (1 - 4t^2) j

|r^prime(t)|
