In the lower atmosphere that is also contaminated with unburned hydrocarbons, NO₂ participates in a series of reactions. One product of these reactions is peroxyacetyl nitrate (PAN). The connectivity of the atoms in PAN appears below.

(a) Determine the number of valence electrons in this molecule, and then complete its Lewis structure.

(b) Give the approximate values of the bond angles around each atom indicated with an arrow.
