Hint: Start with Eq. 16.29 and divide the interval T>2 of integration into 0 to T/4 and T/4 T/2. to Note that because of evenness and quarter-wave symmetry, f(t) = -f(T/2 - t) in the interval T/4 t Let x = T>2 - t in the second interval and combine the resulting integral with the integration between 0 and T/4.
