An automobile is traveling with a constant speed along a horizontal circular curve that has a radius \(\rho=750\mathrm{\ ft}\). If the magnitude of acceleration is \(a=8 \mathrm{ft} / \mathrm{s}^{2}\), determine the speed at which the automobile is traveling.
