The hoisting gear A has an initial angular velocity of 60 rad/s and a constant deceleration of \(1\ \mathrm{rad}/\mathrm{s}^2\). Determine the velocity and deceleration of the block which is being hoisted by the hub on gear B when t = 3 s.
