Determine the largest internal moment M that can be applied to the cross section without exceeding allowable tensile and compressive stresses of \(\left(\sigma_{\text {allow }}\right)_{t}=22 \ \mathrm{ksi}\) and \(\left(\sigma_{\text {allow }}\right)_{c}=15 \ \mathrm{ksi}\), respectively.
