Using the Chain Rule

Chapter , Problem 92PE

(choose chapter or problem)

Using the Chain Rule   If \(w=\ln \left(x^{2}+y^{2}+2 z\right), x=r+s, y=r-s\), and \(z = 2rs\), find \(w_{r}\) and \(w_{s}\) by the Chain Rule. Then check your answer another way.
