Take n = 8, p = 0.5 and X ~ B(8, 0.5).

Then,P(X )0.03. From the binomial table, at  n = 8,

P(X 0) = 0.004

P(X 1) = 0.035

So the value of c is 0 since P(X 0) = 0.004 < 0.035 .

Therefore, critical value c = 0 at n = 8
