Determine its height h so that it simultaneously reaches its allowable bending stress \(\sigma_{\text {allow }}=1.50 \mathrm{ksi}\) and an allowable shear stress of \(\tau_{\text {allow }}=50 \mathrm{psi}\). Also, what is the maximum load P that the beam can then support?
