Consider ways to separate \(\mathrm{CO}_{2}\) from gas streams, issues related to injecting \(\mathrm{CO}_{2}\) at great depths, consequences of \(\mathrm{CO}_{2}\) migration from storage, and the expected increase in electricity cost per \(\mathrm{kW} \cdot \mathrm{h}\) with the deployment of this technology. Formulate a position in favor of, or in opposition to, large-scale carbon dioxide capture and storage. Write a report, including at least three references.
