A long, straight wire carries a current I, as indicated in Figure 2335. Three small metal rings are placed near the currentcarrying wire (Aand C) or directly on top of it (B). If the current in the wire is increasing with time, indicate whether the induced emf in each of the rings is clockwise, counterclockwise, or zero. Explain your answer for each ring.
