What is bad for your cholesterol is eating sugary crap. Eggs are not bad for you. It must contain at least 8Grams of whole grain content per serving. Or qualify for FDA whole health. -Look for sprouted wheat bread. That stuff is lit. -Celiac disease is a true real disease. No denying it. -Gluten sensitivity is a real thing, placebos have proved it. -Gluten sensitivity is very difficult to diagnose. -Soy contains isoflavones that are similar to estrogen. In males could it cause secondary sex characteristics And soy causing cancer -No. Soy protects against breast cancer. It has anti angiogenic stuff. -All studies show that male testosterone is not affected by soy. -Isoflavones could take up iodine from the thyroid. So make sure you get your iodine if you are eating soy. -Not all soy is created equal. 90% GMO -Soy is high in Omega 6’s. not good. It is 90% at least genetically modified. -Soy has anti nutrients. Not good. -Fermented and organic is the best. -Soy milk and tofu that is not fermented is not as healthy.
