The matter expands (solid, liquid, gas) when the temperature is increased.But the expansion matter is not same which is different for different materials .In this case, The liquid can be considered to be incompressible the expansion of vinegar is more than the the bottle with the rise in temperature so the volume of vinegar increases more than the volume of bottle.
