LHpitals Rule by Taylor series Suppose f and g have Taylor series about the point a. a. If f 1a2 = g1a2 = 0 and g_1a2 _ 0, evaluate lim xSa f 1x2>g1x2 by expanding f and g in their Taylor series. Show that the result is consistent with lHpitals Rule. b. If f 1a2 = g1a2 = f _1a2 = g_1a2 = 0 and g_1a2 _ 0, evaluate lim xSa f 1x2 g1x2 by expanding f and g in their Taylor series. Show that the result is consistent with two applications of lHpitals Rule.
