Uncertainty means a state of unsureness. German physicist Werner Heisenberg in 1929 gave the principle of Uncertainty which is called Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle.

Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle states that “it is impossible to measure change in position x  and change in momentum p of a particle simultaneously with arbitrarily high precision”.
