Chapter , Problem 69(choose chapter or problem)
A generator is connected across the primary coil (Np turns) of a transformer, while a resistance R2 is connected across the secondary coil (Ns turns). This circuit is equivalent to a circuit in which a single resistance R1 is connected directly across the generator, without the transformer. Show that R1 5 (Np/Ns) 2 R2, by starting with Ohms law as applied to the secondary coil.
