If the flowrate and pressure in pipe (1) are \(Q_1 = 2.3~ \mathrm{ft^3/s}\) and \(p_1 =50~ \mathrm{lb/ft^3}\) , determine the pressures \(p_2\) and \(p_3\), in pipes (2) and (3) under the assumption that the flowrate divides evenly between pipes (2) and (3).
