Bootstrap t confidence interval for average audio file length. Return to or create the bootstrap distribution resamples on the sample mean for audio file length in Exercise 16.12 (page 16-12). In Example 7.10 (page 437), the t confidence interval was applied to the logarithm of the time measurements. (a) Inspect the bootstrap distribution. Is a bootstrap t confidence interval appropriate? Explain why or why not. (b) Construct the 95% bootstrap t confidence interval. (c) Compare the bootstrap results with the t confidence interval reported in Example 7.11 (page 438).
