The static deflection of a cantilever beam is described by

\(x_{y}=\frac{P}{6 E I_{A}} y^{2}(3 L-y)\)

where P is the load applied at the end of the beam, and \(x_{y}\) is the vertical deflection at a point a distance y from the support (Figure P4.48). Obtain an expression for an equivalent mass located at the end of the beam.
