Design a hydraulic accumulator of the type shown in Figure P7.30. The liquid volume in the accumulator should increase by \(30 \text { in. }^{3}\) when the pressure p increases by \(1.5 \ \mathrm{lb} / \mathrm{in} .^{2}\). Determine suitable values for the plate area A and the spring constant k.
