Two hard rubber spheres of mass 15 g are rubbed vigorously with fur on a dry day and are then suspended from a rod with two insulating strings of length 5.0 cm. They are observed to hang at equilibrium as shown in Figure P15.59, each at an angle of 10 with the vertical. Estimate the amount of charge that is found on each sphere. ( is courtesy of E. F.
