The interval between successive arrivals of cars at a servicing facility follows an exponential distribution with a mean value of 8 minutes. What is the probability that (8) two successive cars will arrive within 6 minutes of each other? (b) the interval between arrival of two successive cars will be at least 15 minutes? (c) that no more than 2 cars will arrive in a 10 minutes interval?
