In the absence of air resistance, a snowball thrown verticallyupward with a certain initial KE returns to itsoriginal level with the same KE. When air resistance is afactor affecting the snowball, does it return to its originallevel with the same, less, or more KE? Does youranswer contradict the law of energy conservation?
