Use the sample data to construct a 95% confidenceinterval estimate of the mean chest deceleration measurement for the population of all smallcars. (Assume that the sample is a simple random sample and the measurements satisfy theloose requirement of being from a normally distributed population.) Write a brief statementthat interprets the confidence interval.
