Chapter 20, Problem 20-45

(choose chapter or problem)

The particle P slides around the circular hoop with a constant angular velocity of \(\dot{\theta} = 6 \ rad/s\), while the hoop rotates about the x axis at a constant rate of \(\omega = 4 \ rad/s\). If at the instant shown the hoop is in the x–y plane and the angle \(\theta = 45^{\circ}\), determine the velocity and acceleration of the particle at this instant.
