Problem 73HP

You drive on the highway at 120 km/h on a day with 17° C, 100 kPa atmosphere. When you put your hand out of the window flat against the wind, you feel the force from the air stagnating, i.e., it comes to relatively zero velocity on your skin. Assume the air is nearly incompressible and find the air temperature and pressure on your hand.
