Estimate the capacity of the parking lot, and when it was full. (b) Construct a table, and then plot a graph, of the rate of arrival of cars as a function of time. (c) From your graph in part (b), estimate when rush hour occurred. (d) Explain the relationship between the points on the graphs in parts (a) and (b) where rush hour occurred.
