QUESTION:

The framers of the Constitution designed the Senate to filter the output of the sometimes hasty House. Do you think this was a wise idea? Why or why not?

ANSWER:

Step 1 of 2

The framers of the constitution created the senate in order to check the hasty decisions taken by the house. This is because the house is made-up of those who are elected by people and the senate is made of people who are elected by popular vote and earlier, they were selected by the House of Representatives from each state.
