A gardener has 100 meters of fencing to enclose two adjacent rectangular gardens, as shown in the figure.

(a) Write the area A of the enclosed region as a function of x. Determine the domain of the function.

(b) Use a graphing utility to generate additional rows of the table. Use the table to estimate the dimensions that will produce a maximum area.

(c) Use the graphing utility to graph the area function, and use the graph to estimate the dimensions that will produce a maximum area.

(d) Use the graph to approximate the dimensions such that the enclosed area is 350 square meters.

(e) Find the required dimensions of part (d) algebraically.
