\(A=\left[\begin{array}{rr} -2 & -1 \\ 1 & 0 \\ 3 & -4 \end{array}\right]\)  and  \(B=\left[\begin{array}{rr} 0 & 3 \\ 2 & 0 \\ -4 & -1 \end{array}\right]\)

2X = 2A + B
