Design a capacitor-based circuit that will provide (a) a voltage of 9 V at some time t = 0, and a voltage of 1.2 V at a time 4 ms later; (b) a current of 1 mA at some time t = 0, and a reduced current of \(50\ \mu A\) at a time 100 ns later. (You can choose to design two separate circuits if desired, and do not need to show how the initial capacitor voltage is set.)
