Figure P14.29D shows a printing roll driven by the gear to which the 1.2-kN force is applied. The bottom surface of the roll is in contact with a similar roll that applies a uniform (upward) loading of 4 N/mm. Select identical 200 series ball bearings for A and B, if the shaft rotates 350 rpm.
