When using a graphing utility, important features of a graph may be missed if the viewing window is not chosen appropriately. This is illustrated in Exercises 45 and 46 .

(a) Generate the graph of \(f(x)=\frac{1}{3} x^{3}-\frac{1}{400} x\) over the interval \([-5,5]\), and make a conjecture about the locations and nature of all critical points.

(b) Find the exact locations of all the critical points, and classify them as relative maxima, relative minima, or neither.

(c) Confirm the results in part (b) by graphing
f over an appropriate interval.
