Chapter 13, Problem 7

(choose chapter or problem)

These exercises are concerned with functions of two variables.

Let \(f(x, y)=x+3 x^{2} y^{2}, x(t)=t^{2}\), and \(y(t)=t^{3}\). Find

(a) \(f(x(t), y(t))\)                        (b) \(f(x(0), y(0))\)

(c) \(f(x(2), y(2))\).

Equation Transcription:

Text Transcription:

f(x, y)=x+3x^2 y^ , x(t)=t^2

y(t)=t^3

f(x(t), y(t))

f(x(0), y(0))

f(x(2), y(2))
