(b) Draw the line segments P1P2 and P3P4 and explain why P1P2 = P3P4, using facts from geometry. (c) Use the distance formula to calculate the lengths P1P2 and P3P4. (d) Write an equation and simplify to obtain the sum formula for cosine.
