Halleys Comet moves in an elliptical orbit with the Sun at a focus. The nearest it gets to the sun is 88 million km and the farthest is 5250 million km. (a) Find the length of the major axis. (b) Find an equation for its orbit if the sun is at the origin, with the major axis on x-axis. (c) Give the parametric equations for the orbit of Halleys Comet.
