The disease spreads at a rate proportional to the product of the total number infected and the number of susceptible individuals not yet infected. A model for the time it takes for the disease to spread to x individuals iswhere t is the time in hours. (a) Find the time it takes for 75% of the population to become infected (when ). (b) Find the number of people infected after 100 hours.
