In a particular cascoded current mirror, such as that shown in Fig. 8.39, all transistors have Vt = 0.6 V, nCox = 160 A/V2 , L = 1 m, and VA = 10 V. Width W1 = W4 = 4 m, and W2 = W3 = 40 m. The reference current IREF is 20 A. What output current results? What are the voltages at the gates of Q2 and Q3? What is the lowest voltage at the output for which current-source operation is possible? What are the values of gm and ro of Q2 and Q3? What is the output resistance of the mirror?
