Chapter 12, Problem 12.7

(choose chapter or problem)

If the collector current of a transistor is held constant, its vBE decreases by 2 mV for every 1C rise in temperature. Alternatively, if vBE is held constant, then iC increases by approximately gm 2 mV for every 1C rise in temperature. For a device operating at IC = 10 mA, find the change in collector current resulting from an increase in temperature of 5C.
