Consider the thermal shutdown circuit shown in Fig. 12.22. At 25C, Z1 is a 6.8-V zener diode with a TC of 2 mV/C, and Q1 and Q2 are BJTs that display VBE of 0.7 V at a current of 100A and have a TC of 2 mV/C. Design the circuit so that at 125C, a current of 200A flows in each of Q1 and Q2. What is the current in Q2 at 25C?
