Consider the bias circuit of Fig. 13.8 for the case of (W/L)8 = (W/L)9 = (W/L)10 = (W/L)11 = (W/L)13 = 20 and (W/L)12 = 80. The circuit is fabricated in a process technology for which nCox = 90 A/V2 . Find the value of RB that results in a bias current IREF = 10 A. Also, find the transconductance gm12.
