To enable the second-order GmC circuit in Fig. 17.37(b) to realize filter functions other than bandpass and lowpass, implement the following modifications: (a) Connect a capacitor C3 between the positive input terminal and the output terminal of transconductor Gm4 and (b) Add a fifth negative transconductor Gm5 with Vi applied to its input, and its output connected to the node at which V2 is taken. Derive an expression for the transfer function V1/Vi .
