Infinite area and finite volume What values of p have the following property: The area of the region in the first quadrant enclosed by the curve = x-p, the y-axis, the line x = 1 and the interval [0, 1] on the x-axis is infinite but the volume of the solid generated by revolving the region about one of the coordinate axes is finite.
