A series circuit contains an inductor, a resistor, and a capacitor for which L = ! h, R = 10 n, and C = 0.01 f, respectively. The voltage { 10 E(t) = ' 0, is applied to the circuit. Determine the instantaneous charge q(t) on the capacitor fort> 0 if q(O) = 0 and q'(O) = 0
