Sounds can be represented by an array of sample valuesthat describe the intensity of the sound at a pointin time. The sound.cpp program in this books companioncode reads a sound file (in WAV format), calls afunction process for processing the sample values, andsaves the sound file. Your task is to implement theprocess function by introducing an echo. For eachsound value, add the value from 0.2 seconds ago. Scalethe result so that no value is larger than 32767.
