In 5052, find the vector representing the area of asurface. The magnitude of the vector equals the magnitude ofthe area; the direction is perpendicular to the surface. Sincethere are two perpendicular directions, we pick one by givingan orientation for the surface.The circle of radius 2 in the yz-plane, facing in the directionof the positive x-axis.
