The material constants E, G, k, and \(\nu\) are related by Eqs. (2.24) and (2.34). Show that any one of the constants may be expressed in terms of any other two constants. For example, show that \(\text { (a) } k=G E /(9 G-3 E) \text { and }(b) \nu=(3 k-2 G) /(6 k+2 G)\).
