A variable resistor \(R_{o}\) is connected across the terminals a,b in the circuit in Fig. P4.75. The variable resistor is adjusted until maximum power is transferred to \(R_{o}\).

a) Find the value of \(R_{o}\).

b) Find the maximum power delivered to \(R_{o}\).

c) Find the percentage of the total power developed in the circuit that is delivered to \(R_{o}\).

d) Find the resistor from Appendix H closest in value to the \(R_{o}\). from part (a).

e) Find the percentage of the total power developed in the circuit that is delivered to the resistor in part (d).
